Golf Outing
2026 Registration Now Open!
Join us on Monday, June 22, at Sweetbriar Golf Club in Avon Lake! We play in a four-person scramble style, with fun games on several holes! Registration includes a cart, boxed lunch, refreshments, and an EA themed golf accessory.
Each player of the 1st place foursome will receive a prize and there will be a variety of raffle baskets to win.
We will also present the Humanitarian Award in Memory of Christopher Spirnak to an individual who has gone above and beyond to raise awareness and support the Epilepsy Association.

2025 Results & Award Honoree
We appreciate everyone who donated, volunteered, and attended in 2025. With your support, we were able to raise over $42,000 for local epilepsy services! That’s the largest total in the 5 years we’ve hosted the outing!
We presented the 2025 Humanitarian Award in Memory of Christopher Spirnak to Amy Kellogg for her persistent advocacy for the Epilepsy Association and those living with seizures. You can read more about Amy & the award here.
